Recently my 140 was filed and the checks were cashed through ACH. I paid for PP and see that the checks were cashed on March 8th. My attorney has not received my receipt, I was wondering if there was anyway I can get the receipt number for the case so I can track it ...

If anyone one has cracked it, please share. Thanks in advance.

In case, if we dont have a birth certificate, I understand we need to submit 2 affidavits and NA certificate from the place where we were born.

My question is, do we need them in original or copies will work?

If we need originals, getting them from India takes time...

Agreed.

OED defines Visa as "An endorsement on a passport indicating that the holder is allowed to enter, leave or stay for a specified period of time in a country"

By that definition I believe that a visa can be issue anywhere, inside and outside of the country.
