My company filed for H1B Extension as it is expiring in november 2009. How much time will it take to get the H1B extension approved ? Once i get H1B extension(probably for 1 year or 3 years), then should i go for H1B stamping, if so, i have to go to India for H1B Stamping. Let me know...

I just read on other forums that no FP is required if EAD renewal is efiled. Only first time efile requires FP is this true?

So far twice I have paper filed EAD. Now its time for extension. If I e-file will I get FP??

Desc: I have a listbox populated with 100x100 images... i want to drag it from here and drop in onto an InkCanvas where i have drawn something.

Eg: I have drawn a house and i want to drop an image that describes the colour that must be filled. Hence the images wd be bold colour boxes that would indicate a colour.

No he doesn't have pending GC status.His wife is on 4th year of H1 and she already got EAD.But her priority date is not current (Sept 06)to add him to her GC status immediately.

Hi All,
We [Me(applicant) and my Wife(H4)] finally received our EAD's last week from NSC :> I have 2 questions:

1. Can i work part time.....apart from my 8 to 5 job based on my EAD. If yes, does the part time job need to be related or similar to my 8 to 5 job?

2. We had our FP done before we got our EAD's. Do we have to go back for additional FP after receiving EAD's? Anybody with similar situation?

I am starting this thread for the people who are Greencard Holders and not married. Please share some thoughts for bringing their spouse here.

IV can help in this matter.

If all visa holders and citizens can bring their spouse instantly then why GC holder have to wait for many years after getting GC after many years.

She should be able to go and get stamped now. But she will have to wait until about 10 days before october 1st to enter US using that stamp.

Hi Guys,

I used to work for company �a� which was a part of the bigger company �A�. There was another company �b� which was a part of the bigger company �B�.

Now both companies A and B made a joint venture (JV) and made company �c� joining company �a� and �b�.

Company A has 25% stake and company B has 75% stake in JV(Company "c"). The new formed company "c" has �new name�, all employees filed �new employment applications� and have �offered a new employment� with the new company �c�

Now my question is as this company �c� is totally �new�, can I convert my EB3 case to EB2 and use company �a� experience and file for EB2 with company �c�

wow...you are the man. What were you doing till the last min. I am not sure how you can do that. But from day after tomorrow, you are simply out of status. Contact your company's attorney ASAP. It will take aleast ten days to prepare the papers. My opinion is don�t screw up trying to file yourself. Because you are running out of time...
